Booth Request Information

SNAXPO booth space is limited. To reserve your space now, please contact Terri Owens, towens@talley.com, 856-423-7222 ext. 230. SFA’s Exhibit Hall Manager reserves the right to use discretion in reassigning spaces in cases where companies with competitive products have exhibits adjacent to each other. Final space assignments are at the discretion of the Snack Food Association. SFA members and non-members may exhibit at SNAXPO 2015.

Exhibit Space Rates & Booth Information

  • All exhibitors are permitted 1- 10' x 10' or 1- 10' x 20' booth.

  • Standard 10' x 10' booths have 8' high back wall, 3' side dividers, 1-6ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket and an ID sign.

  • Machinery is permitted for display purposes ONLY. Machinery is not permitted to be running.

  • Booth space pricing is based on location. Spaces are limited to 1- 10' x 10' or 1- 10' x 20'.

  • There is an additional $1,250 fee for non-members of the Snack Food Association.

  • Each fully paid Exhibitor is entitled to a Booth listing and description in the official SNAXPO program book.

  • Exhibitors receive a free listing on the SNAXPO 2015 website, upon receipt of exhibit contract, payment and booth description. (Exhibitors will have the opportunity to link to their own web site.)

  • Attendees can make appointments with exhibitors online, another way to promote your products/services.

  • Exhibitors will receive one (1) complimentary exhibit hall only badge per booth reserved plus one (1) additional exhibit hall only badge per contract. This badge allows your staff to set-up, dismantle and work your booth during exhibit hall hours. Badges may be upgraded to a full SNAXPO Package that includes all social and General Session events for an additional fee. Additional exhibit hall only badges are available for an additional fee. Exhibitors will also receive five (5) customer badges per 10' x 10' booth.

  • General Sessions are not scheduled during exhibit hours.
    To encourage continuous traffic in the exhibit hall:

    • Hourly prize drawings with a grand prize are given away on the final day – sponsorships are available

    • The SFA Information Services Booth, Food & Beverage and Education Sessions are located inside the exhibit hall.
